 Magnifying
glasses can offer kids a whole new perspective on the
world. A magnifying glass can show a child what an ant looks like
up close and what an ant’s world must be like. A magnifying
glass can reveal the valleys and plateaus of a fingerprint. Everything
looks different and more interesting when held to the scrutiny of
a magnifying glass.
And when you hold a magnifying glass up to your own face, everyone
else can enjoy a few laughs. Your image becomes rather warped (to
put it nicely) when viewed fromt he other side of the magnifying
glass. There is all kinds of fun to be had with magnifying glasses!
Just think of how much fun you used to have with your own magnifying
glass as a child. Were you one of the children that used the special
powers of the sun and a magnifying glass combined to fry little,
helpless aunts?
