The main reason that options have become narrower as far as what Easter classroom decorations will be accepted in public schools, (or more accurately, which will be accepted by the parents) is the fact that religious Easter classroom decorations are discouraged by non-religious families and contemporary Easter classroom decorations may be viewed by religious parents as contradictory to the beliefs they try to instill in their children at home.

Eggs
· Paper eggs:
Teachers can make colored eggs out of paper for their Easter classroom decorations. These decorations will look great around the room, on the walls and windows etc. The teacher can make these Easter classroom decorations on his or her own, or with the children from simply using colored construction paper and glue.

· Dying eggs
This is something a teacher can do for Easter classroom decorations with hard boiled eggs and fake grass. You can decorate all around the room, in corners, in baskets etc. Students can help color the eggs as Easter classroom decorations too, if you need a good Easter craft.

The easiest way to prepare is to just buy an egg dying kit. This Easter classroom decoration will be a hit—using one color for each egg and sometimes two colors for a little fun. The eggs come out looking really good when they dry. The kids can decorate and even make their own little Easter baskets with Styrofoam cups to place their eggs in with Easter grass underneath. Use a pipe cleaner for the handle of the cup. These are great Easter classroom decorations.

Easter Egg Wreath

This is a good idea for an Easter classroom decoration. You will need to cut out many different colored egg-shaped pieces of construction paper, and make a circular wreath out of a wire hanger and a piece of cardboard. Glue the cardboard on to the wire hanger once you have bent it into a circular shape using a hot glue gun. Then glue the eggs onto the wreath with regular glue or a glue stick. Once it is dried hang your Easter classroom decoration somewhere in the classroom or even on the door for a great.

You can make an art project out of this Easter classroom decoration if you choose. Some kids would really love this project. For younger children—you may want to have the cardboard wreaths and cut-out eggs already prepared for them.
